AiUpGo ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Service at aiupgo.com.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register. Platform connections: when you connect Bilibili or YouTube, we store your platform user ID and display name to identify your account. We do not store your platform passwords. Content data: AI-generated summaries and metadata of videos you trigger via @aiupgo. Usage data: pages visited, features used, and error logs for service improvement. Payment data: processed by Paddle; we do not store credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve the Service. To match @aiupgo mentions to your account. To store AI summaries in your personal knowledge base. To send service-related emails (account verification, billing receipts). To respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with: (a) Paddle, for payment processing; (b) Bilibili and YouTube APIs, to detect your @mentions and post replies; (c) OpenAI, to generate AI summaries (content is processed but not stored by OpenAI per their API data policy); (d) our hosting providers, under data processing agreements. All third-party providers are required to protect your data.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens stored in localStorage). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We may use anonymous analytics to understand usage patterns.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Knowledge base entries are retained until you delete them or close your account. Deleted data is purged from our systems within 30 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregated usage statistics indefinitely.
6. Your Rights

7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures: HTTPS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in China. If you access the Service from outside China, your data will be transferred to and processed in China. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
