If you're not satisfied with AiUpGo Pro, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for new Pro subscriptions within 14 days of the initial payment. Renewals (monthly or annual) are not eligible for refunds unless the Service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during the billing period. Free plan users are not eligible for refunds as no payment is made.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to mc.wangguomin@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include: your registered email address, the date of purchase, and your order ID (found in your Paddle receipt email). We will process your request within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Paddle (our payment processor) will send you a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
After a Refund
Upon refund, your account will revert to the Free plan immediately. Your knowledge base data is retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted. You are welcome to re-subscribe at any time.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive (e.g., repeatedly subscribing and refunding). Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
