These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AiUpGo ("Service"), operated by Hangzhou Tengwante Technology Co., Ltd. / 杭州腾万特科技有限公司 ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

AiUpGo is an AI-powered content summarization and knowledge management tool. Users connect their social media accounts (Bilibili, YouTube) and trigger AI summaries by mentioning @aiupgo in video comments. Summaries are stored in a personal knowledge base.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. One person may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described on the Pricing page. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. To request a refund, contact us at mc.wangguomin@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe third-party intellectual property rights; (c) transmit spam or malicious content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated summaries of your triggered content belong to you. You grant us a license to process and store content solely to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The Service interacts with third-party platforms (Bilibili, YouTube). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect Service functionality.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries may be inaccurate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain data as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Hangzhou, China.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
